Miu-the Holiday Hat in black is a lighter, summer version of our Holly-The Breakfast at Tiffany’s Oversized Wool Hat.

At the request of our beloved customers who purchased our Holly wool hat, we made this straw version of the hat worn by Audrey in her iconic Holly Golightly role in Breakfast at Tiffany’s for the warmer months.

We named the hat after the main character Miu from Haruki Murakami’s “Sputnik Sweetheart”, with a storyline intricately sets off on a small Greek Island.

This is a must have, iconic piece that will add a sense of feminine romanticism to any outfit. Perfect for any holiday in the sun.

Material:

Hat is made with 100% natural, eco-friendly paper straw made from bark fibres of the paper mulberry tree. Scarf is made with soft chiffon silk.

The paper straw used for the hat is mostly recycled paper and is coated in a resin to keep it strong. The material is made by a machine but hand woven into Paper Straw Hats. It’s a very durable and versatile hat material.
